Dear sir/ma'am,
I recently had a baby girl through normal delivery on 21/10/2018. I wish to adopt a contraception method. I want to know if the 3 months injectable variety has any side effects. I've had dysmenorrhoea in the past. Also is the injection available in government hospitals?

Injection is the best choice. Sometimes it produces irregular bleeding in between.

Main side effects will be you might have menses at 2 or 3 or 4 month.
