Contraceptive pill
Hi Doctor, Had an unprotected sex day before yesterday. The date is not safe compared to my menses period also.As we are not planning any pregnancy at this point of time pls advise me whether I can take any pill within 48hours.

yes emergency pills are available but the efficacy is not that accurate and it usually causes mensural irregularities so go for conventional pills.

Yes you can take regarding protection it's not 100%,and another point pill will be of high dose and once ok to use but never use as routine as it is associated with side effects For future protection please use either oc pills which are low dose more effective or you can go for copper IUD

U cn take ,but they dnt gv u 100 percent protection against pregnancy.

Yes there are pills called emergency contraceptive to prevent pregnancy.but not to be taken routinely
