Will injectable contraceptive create any problems for future conceptions? I've plans to conceive my second baby hopefully in another two years. I was told that injectable contraceptive use causes irregular menses.

In my opinion daily hormonal pills are best as it will not disturb your periods and when you stop your fertility return in no time as compared to injection .which causes stop your periods for some months.

Injectible contraceptive can cause minimally irregular periods, but ur fertility resumes after about 2-3 months of the last dose.
Hence if u are planning to conceive after 2yrs, stop d inj at 1.5yrs, and then follow up with condoms, or oral contraceptives.
