I have a query that , after the age of 30 is it possible to concep baby as normal delivery?
As I dnt want to do ceserean!
Or If I want to do normal delivery how I have to prepare my body for take normal delivery.

After the age of 30 you are taking a calculated risk by opting for normal delivery, more so if it is your first delivery.
You must have seen that all Politicians make huge recommendations for normal delivery but if things go wrong , they will only say , " You are the doctor. You should have done the Caesarean."
