I have an active lifestyle and I take care of my diet also but still my weight is continuously increasing. I'm a mother of 2.5 old and since after pregnancy my body has become different. My body odor has changed, hair became oily and very dry and loose skin. I used to do crash diets earlier to get into shape but nothing is working now. Please help

Hi, please get a blood test done to check your thyroid levels. Do not go for crash diets. They do more harm than help the body. To lose weight it is important to follow a healthy, low calorie diet and a good exercise routine. Body constantly changes with age and more so after pregnancy. Include a good toning/strength training routine in your workouts to get optimum results.
