Continuous Nose Blocked

I have been having slight blocked nose for 4-5 months now. This there is a bit of breathing problem too. When I'm under hot conditions or take some sort of steam/shower it gets better. But it again becomes difficult to breathe (30% more difficult let's say) after some time.

Even deviated nasal Septum or simple turbinate hypertrophy can lead to nasal obstruction. Consult an ENT SURGEON.
