Continuous itching on stomach, arms, leg

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Am sufferring from continuous itching on my stomach, arms, muscles, legs and near private organs too. On my stomach i can see a wound-like reddish thing . Its been almost a month now and this problem is still growing. Am not able to attend my college classes. I need to get rid of this as soon as possible.
