Hello! The continuous cough could be due to chronic sinusitis leading to a post nasal drip and throat irritation. She will need a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and / or a ct scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses to evaluate for it. Antihistamines and a topical steroid nasal spray can be useful. A detailed nature of symptoms can be helpful.
