Usually gums pain is caused by infection, repeated injury by toothpick or harsh brushing, or carried tooth. First try to identify the cause and remove it. Also vitamin C deficiency can cause gums swelling. Taking vitamin C supplements also helps but it may not cure it as with that proper medicine is required. You can consult me online for proper treatment.
Next Steps
till then try massaging gums with turmeric and salt twice daily.
