I would like to check the effect of different foods on my blood glucose levels and I came across Abbot Freestyle Libre device which does continuous glucose monitoring.

Hello practo user it is not advisable to do continuous glucose monitoring ,it's better u should do SMBG and keep the record .This u can do fasting,pp or random also .Secondly healthy diet plays a very important role to keep your sugar levels under control.u can contact me through practo or call me directly for customised diet plan
