Continuous dry coughing for a week
I am having continuous dry cough (sometimes mucus) for a week and a blocked nose. No fever. I had weakness earlier in the weak not so weak right now but I don't have a lot of energy either since I use most of it to cough.

I would advice you to do the following: - You need an antihistamine - You will require a cough syrup specific for dry cough - Avoid cold water,drinks and food. Have hot water whenever possible which would give some relief to your throat. Do not skip meals. - Have a ginger,lime and honey juice which would give some relief. - Do steam inhalation atleast thrice a day which would give some relief for the congestion of chest and the blocked nose. - Do salt water gargling so as to avoid any throat infection - Avoid exposure to cold areas. Keep warm.
