Continues cold running nose
Continuously cold and running nose in early morning and afternoon ok specially whenever temperature difference, sometimes no relief in afternoon also and it continue for a month.

As per your description you are suffering from allergic rhinitis.. need to be ruled out rhinosinusitis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
