I am suffering from continuous fever for two months, tomorrow I got my cbnaat test done, in which it is detected,  what should I do now? Kya mai doctor change kar lu kyunki my doctor is gastrologist pls suggest me

Repeat your LFT as your albumin is very low and consult a pulmonologist nearby for proper diagnosis and treatment CBnaat positive doesn't mean the treatment is failing but continuous fever needs to be evaluated

if you are on att and this is the cbnaat , then go for 1st lpa and culture since the fever is persistent..go for dst

cbnaat can be positive as it detect dead bacilli DNA .. but fever should go ideally . what is resistance pattern in sputum report . kindly consult pulmonologist
