Headset is taken for relief in acute severe headache.
Its usually kept as a reserve for severe headache especially migraines headache
We have much better medicine then paracetamol for fever contorl.

It depends on type of headache . And reason for you headache , first u get evaluated properly then take medicine . If u are diagnosed with migraine before , u can take headset to get relief
