Should I take Headset tablet for continuous headache because paracetamol are not giving long term effects

Check your blood pressure. Get 7-8hrs of sleep at night. Avoid long hrs of screen time. Get your eyes tested.

Headset is taken for relief in acute severe headache. Its usually kept as a reserve for severe headache especially migraines headache We have much better medicine then paracetamol for fever contorl.

It depends on type of headache . And reason for you headache , first u get evaluated properly then take medicine . If u are diagnosed with migraine before , u can take headset to get relief
