I got my eye power tested yesterday and my power has changed. Earlier, my power was -7.5 on both eyes. Now my power is -7.75 on left eye and -8 on right eye.
Please advise what power contact lens should i purchase? Can i purchase -7.75 and -8 or should i buy a different power?

You must visit and ophthalmologist or contact lens centre ,get the trial first then it will be more comfortable.
Its likely to be less than 7.
