Consumption of dates
As a part of healthy food we started having dates as a healthy snack replacing the junk foods. Whenever we felt hungry in between meals we had one or two dates. We also have started taking one boiled egg everyday in the morning. Recently one of our friend told us that there may be a risk of increase in sugar levels in a long run due to eating dates and also eating eggs daily would increase the cholesterol. Please let me know : If there is such a risk? Is there a maximum number beyond which it is risky to have these foods? Please guide us for a good routine for consuming these foods.

First of all let me tell you that dates are very good source of vitamin D A and there are other micronutrients also as compared to Sugar. Know about egg. First of all eggs are deficient in carbohydrates and vitamin C if you consume boiled eggs every morning an empty stomach you might face some kind of gastric issues such as hyperacidity because as there are no carbohydrates in eggs so there would be enough source of carbohydrates to break down complex protein of x that is albumin. now coming to your question about cholesterol so hey there are so money explanation about it's not good for health. Dear friend there are cholesterol binding proteins in the egg yolk itself so when you boil and egg you damage does cholesterol binding proteins and then automatically cholesterol increases in the body. This story was widely accepted by the Physicians all around the world cholesterol in egg yolk is completely inhibited by cholesterol binding protein in egg yolk so Physicians say better is to keep egg half boiled and other way is to eat omelette without damaging the yellow portion. Thank you my friend.
Next Steps
