Consultation regarding medicine
For many days, my mother has fallen sick. Her symptoms are such as prolong headache, extreme fatigue, dizziness, dry mouth and nasal, numbness in skin, body ache, frequent urination, unable to sleep. She had been taking her regular medicines for bp and acidity. But as the doctor prescribed trypotomer medicine upon these conditions, she had taken one dose at night. Her symptoms worsened in the morning with more fatigue and dizziness. She stopped the medicine and now she is feeling confusion in reality such as a feeling of being surreal, unable to believe into the surroundings (reality). Is this any side effects of trypotomer. ? And also, are the latter symptoms connected to dehydration??

Tryptomer can cause such effects, which may go after a few days.a dose titratoin can also help.
Next Steps
please check blood sugar cbc, thyroid profile, urea, creatinine, and  serum electrolytes as these may be deranged and may be  causing her symotins
