Such cases of a psychiatric consultation patient doesn’t have the knowledge of his own illness so the relatives should try to get him consulted ... if he is not willing to go then without his consent or if his presentation is not possible then they can tell the condition of the patient and have some relief but then the legal implications are possible towards the doctor and relative ... as new laws have made it difficult for psychiatrist to even act in the good faith of the patient
