I am 14 years old. I am suffering from fever from last 3 days. I am taking 5ml Ibugesic 5ml Novamox 250 5 ml Honitus Regularly 2 to 3 times each day. And after 6 to 10 hrs again I am getting this fever back. Kindly suggest me what should I follow up. Thank you But after taking medicine,

Please don't take ibugesic plus, for fever you may take tab dolo 500 , please provide your history in details, eg _your appetite change, any cough, breathing difficulties, change in bowl and bladder habits, you should provide your weight for proper dosing of medicine
