Consultation for abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I am feeling pain in abdominal while sitting down and getting up. Also nausea feeling especially after getting up. Triedness all day. I am not sure about cycle days of mine. We had sex on 7 aug and 15 aug. My last menstrual was on 28 July. I did home pregnancy test it's negative also beta HCG test less than 2 .
