Take 2 tbs of isphaghula husk available as isabgol at night before sleeping. If that doesn't relieve it then you might need to add 2 tbs at night as well as in morning. You should eat fibre rich food like lentils, vegetables, fruits, oats. You can even have flax and chia seeds. Avoid processed food, alcohol, red meat, milk and diary products.
