U need to take on required basis but before doing ol this u need to go for thyroid profile.. Plus take plenty of oral fluids n high  fibre diet

There is nothing like complete cure.. U have to take isabgol  as and when required.. Change ur habits Eat at fix time Walk daily Drink 5 litres of water daily Eat more fibre in diet.like salad.. Drink hot milk at night...

Hello there, isabgol (psyllium husk) has to be taken in dose of 1tsp after dinner, with water. A week course generally gets rid of constipation. But you should keep in mind that only isabgol alone is not sufficient. You should eat your meals at regular intervals and the meals should be balanced, containing soluble and insoluble fibres and less fats.
Next Steps
drink enough water, try to increase consumption of banana, papaya, green veggies, kidney beans, whole cereals. regular brisk walk for around 30 minutes should help.
