Constipation
Sir i think i have constipation problem i am not able to do motion properly and after sex and some others time my motion place is painfull very badly(1 month back appendix operation is done) pls give me suggestions

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Here are a few things you can do to tackle constipation completely. 1. Have meals in smaller portions. Like instead of 3 full meals, have 5-7 smaller meals. Let two of those meals be of vegetables and fruits. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Eat high fiber foods. Cabbage, Almonds, vegetables etc. Avoid oily and spicy foods. 4. Syrup. Duphalac 15ml before bed for 5 days. If it still persists consult a general physician in person for further management. Dear sir! You don't need to worry. Just increase water intake in your food. Eat plenty of green salads. And eat papaya and fibrous food in your diet. Drink syrup freelax after every food 2 table spoon. InshaAllah u will feel better
