  3. Constipation problem. Please help.

Constipation problem
I've been having constipation problem since last 2-3 weeks. I am backed up since last 3 days. Last time I cleared my stomach, for that I had to take a laxative (Dulcolax). I am not taking any laxative now. I am very worried. Please help.
