Post pregnancy constipation and pain in the stitches. (Normal dilevery). Pain during intercourse. Rashed in stitches.

Pl take laxatives, lot of fluids and greens and antibiotics ointment over the stitches to give relief.

For constipation take either cremaffin/ lactulose syrup 4 tsf in water for 3 days Look for any swelling/serous discharge/loosening of stitch If none of the above is present and it's only pain then take emanzen d tablet twice daily for 5 days and use lubic gel 1/2 hr prior to intercourse.

Syp cremaffin 15 ml night( it reduces your constipation) And need to know date of delivery Any suture infection
