Constipation during pregnancy
Hi I m 9 months pregnant and from today morning I hav constipation, couldn't pass on the stools, feeling very hard n difficult. Please suggest me some syrup or tablet.

Adding fibrous diet, hydration, green vegetables, papaya can improve bowel .

Constipation is common in pregnancy you can reduce constipation by following a healthy diet such as consuming high fibre diet rich in fruits and vegetables , consuming adequate amount of water light exercise after Consulting with your obstetrician. If the above methods fail then you can also take both bulk forming laxatives or stool softener to aid in the passage of the stools kindly consult me once for prescription.
