My baby boy 3 month old not passing stool for 6 days. It's 3 Ed time happening. Puting suppository is good or not

During the first 6 months, exclusive breast feeding is advised.. If the feeding is inadequate, constipation might occur. So, increase feeds.
Next Steps
Give digestive enzyme drops to the baby. Do the mother have any history of thyroid??
