Constipation
My daughter is 3 years old she's constipated for 3 days I gave her lactoluse last night and today morning after meal I gave her 10 ml again and she pooped but m confused whether she cleared it all or not coz her poop was watery along with only one hard stool

Constipation usually chronic symptoms if hard stool is there. If this is for the first time you may stop lactulose. And if it is usually given at night. If this is not first time need to know detailed diet history and want to see the child.
