Constipation issue
I am having anal fissure from more than a month i am not able to understand it clearly if it is a fissure or piles i have constipation and initially i observed very little blood in my stool though i dont observe it now but my bowel movements are not proper and i feel itching after passing stool but there is no pain or blood as of now while passing the stool  can someone please guide me on what exactly it is

Increase lot of Fibres in your diet . Constipation increases your problem so drink laxatives like isabgol If it painful you can use sheild or pilex ointment

Kindly eat plenty of fibres in diet and increase your physical activity. For constipation You can take Syrup Cremaffin as it is a stool softener And you can apply a local pain relieving gel for pain
