Does colicade help in constipation in new born? My son is 15 days old and is having difficulty in passing stool. Can I give him colicade?

Colicaid is for colicky pain not for constipation,
U should give feed adequately
weight gain should be 30 gm/day
Can pass stool after 5-7 day
But if abdominal distension, vomiting then go for physical consultation and investigation
