Constipation
I have been constipated for 4 days, have only been able to push out small pebbles even after ex lax and anal suppositories, the last small poop I pushed out had white lines through it. Didn’t look like worms but very white and smooth lines.

[ ] Hi, for constipation indly note down following:Lacti fibre / PEG fibre/ Free go POWDER - one teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water morning and night after meal for 20 days. Tab. FLAGYL 400 mg (1-1-1) after meal for 7 days. CHEW tablet ZENTEL 400mg daily after dinner for 3 days. Take plenty of salads with lunch and dinner. Increase intake of water. Avoid bread. Feel free to add any further quary.

Constipation if not corrected in time can have a lot of complications. From fissure piles to many other serious problems. Treating this requires correct selection of medications along with treatment of the causes.
Next Steps
diet has a very important role. have plenty of fluids in between meals and never with the meals. have lot of salads green vegetables . fruits also help. stress is of the important causes. relax, meditate, yoga, morning walk are good stress busters.
Health Tips
worms or other possibilities can be the cause of white lines. stool examination may be required.
