I have a constipation problem.... my stomach material doesnt clear at one time in the morning.... I eat something then 2nd time my stomach clears out.... it has become a habit.... I drink too much of water in the morning then also I have to go 2 times..... I think my digestion is taking too many hours to digest the food.... please suggest me some good solution

Hi.... Add fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals.... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week......
