I am 56 years old male.I had a heart bypass surgery 1.5 years back and since then am suffering from frequent constipation, which results in fissure issues.
After surgery I have developed hypothyroidism and taking Thyronorm 25 mcg.
Also am taking Unistar 20/75 Capsule · Salt Composition Rosuvastatin (20mg) + Aspirin (75mg)
I have tried everything but my constipation keeps comming back and I have use stool softener frequently, and am afraid that I will get used to them eventually.
A friend suggested to take A2 COW GHEE - 1 teaspoon with warm water in the morning.
Is it safe to consume it for heart patients ?
