Hi, I am suffering from constipation for last 7 days,i go to toilet 3 time daily but stool not clear,kindly advise which is the best medicine for constipation should i take cremafin plus,or looz ...? Thankyou!

Take looz 20 ml daily at bedtime,but you should address the issue of Acute constipation
