Constipation and related
23 year old male and suffering from cronical constipation. I have consulted to gastrologist after examination and some test he said all are normal but as I leave medication again I suffer.
And I also having related issues like I have pain in knees inner part while walking.
When I wake up in morning I have a lot of coughing at my throat.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to have a high fiber diet.
The problem clearly indicates that you have very low fiber of your diet.
Medications won't help you in long run.
Find out in Google what are high fiber foods.
Avoid meat, oily and spicy foods.
Drink plenty of fluids.
