Constipation and Joint Pain
When I feel constipated or not a clear bowel , I feel pain in both feet symmetrical, below knee joint, after clearing. of bowel , I feel no joints pain , I have done all tests related to spondylopathy and arthritis radiological and blood ,all are negative

Change life style n diet plan drastically first. You r very correct all problems r some how related to diet n stomach. Specially constipation. Take lot of water n liquid lamonade butter milk curd in diet. Add salad, sprouts fruits in diet i mean take two plates one big full of all above mentioned things, n small one in which u put main course of meals means daal, green vegetables with least spicy oil, curd, protine in any form, roti, rice. First finish big plate n than start main course. Just it whatever u require, definitely not able to eat much cooked food, u will see the magic u don't have any gas, acidity gastritis or constipation without any medicine. + PLENTY OF WATER N LIQUID TO BE ADDED. yet if u need Isabgol or isabgol based softovac is best as it's not habit forming. Or DUPHALAC SYR 10ml at night after dinner till required. Knee joint pain You can join a link in u tube saurabh Bothra knee pain, simple easy 8-10 min exercise for seven days. Your knee pain problem disappear. Yet u can use Eterocoxib thyocholchiside two times a day if pain is unbearable.
