Constipation and fissure problem

I am having constipation problem since last 3 years and beacuse of this i have anal fissure once it was removed by operation bt now it came again and now a days its very painful and itchy.

[ ] Hi it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ). You need to take laxative to soften the stool so that to pass easily without hurting the area.You need to do sitz bath( Sitting in hot water tub. It takes time to heal. Mostly can be managed with non surgical approach. There are certain medicines to relax the sphincter which aids in healing of fissure. Feel free to ask any further quary.
