Constants burning at vaginal

I have been having constant burning at my vaginal and my urine smells very bad..I have lower back pain everyday sometimes it seems like u want to urine but there's nothing I have been to the doctor they gave me injection and antibiotics but it's still there..i stress because I also have a partner and does not know mby if he's giving me infections or what..
