I've been having a weight gain problem from past 4years.lwant my complete health check-up.l joint gym 4years back,at that time my weight was 55kg and after 2months it was 57kgand then I left the gym.Till now l have same body weight of 56kg.l also have sometime pain in body.my physic is also going worst.I am not eating Food at regular time interval.
