Constant weakness, fever

I had typhoid fever 10days before, I had taken antibiotics for 3days. After one week my health was in better condition. Suddenly from 2days I'm feeling weakness and not in condition to walk properly. Little pain in stomach, feeling there is no blood,no strength in my body. And from 10 days at night I'm not getting slp. Doctor gave me slpng pill..
