Constant vomiting

Asked for Male, 40 Years

My son aged 9 years suffering from vomiting and loose motion. I have given him tab o2 half dose and metrogil 400 half dose. I am out of station. Loose motion stop from 5 hrs. But vomiting persists. I also gave him waylight ors. What should I do. I have a train journey to night.
