Constant stomach pain
I am getting red coloured blood in stool sometimes. I have constant upper abdominal burning pain for the past few months. Pain in stomach increases if I don't eat regularly and if I eat tamarind, lemon, tomato

Do you have constipation.  If yes it needs to be treated first. Bleeding is most commonly because of piles (hemorrhoids). It requires proctoscopy a minor opd procedure  for diagnosis of piles.
