A little more information would be required to reach a confirm diagnosis. How ever if you are having gas trouble pkease take tab Pantocid 40mg 1 tab daily empty stomach for 2 weeks. Other than that I would suggest you to get a ultrasound abdomen done. Once we get to onow the actual reason of pain abdomen we will be able to treat more effectively.
