I have been constant sharp shooting lower abdomen pelvic left side pain from 3 months ...gone through scan shows left ovarion endometriosis cyst 3.6 cm ,also uterine fibroids 0.8cm ...more pain while stretching legs forward,walking ...day by day more pain and discomforts ...

Hello....... Endometriosis is one of cause for long term pelvic pain, it can be treated with medicine.. Pain usually aggrevates towards menses.. Endometriosis could form chocolate cyst in ovary.. Use medicine prescribed by doctor it will regress in time.
