Constant pain on the right side face
There is pain that I do have in my right face it gets more painful if a fall to eat a sugary something. At times it affect my side face and makes it look rough and saging, if I decide to do nothing about it. My sugar level is 85. I'm a man of 35yrs old.

One sided facial pain can be due to various reasons: 1. Dental problems: Get dental check up done to rule out cavities causing pain. 2. Trigeminal Neuralgia: In this condition, sharp shooting pain occurs in paroxysms. Its idiopathic or due to microvascular compression of Trigeminal nerve. This can be diagnosed on clinical evaluation and MRI brain. This can be managed by medicines, surgery or Radiofrequency ablation of Trigeminal ganglion. 3. Idiopathic facial pain:   Non specific facial pain which can be managed with interventions like sphenopalatine ganglion block or Stellate ganglion block.

Consult a dentist. If no problem is found in teeth, consult a pain specialist.
