Constant pain in neck, shoulders & back
I have pain in my neck and back which never goes. At times, when I get up in the morning I get a head rush and partial blackouts.

It may be due to tight muscles postural muscle strain or weakness. Try Physiotherapy ultrasound ,ift and manual joint and soft tissue mobilizations. Appropriate stretching and strengthening exs. Mild heat followed by exercises and then ice pack for 10 mins. Correct posture and make sure neck and back are not bending at desk or phone. Good luck.
