Hello Ma'am. Very Good morning. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. As per your history given,  I will advice you to go for a MRI Left Hip without contrast. May be you are suffering from severe deficiency of  activated Vitamin.D3 and calcium. Kindly don't take Pain killers unnecessarily for a long time. If you don't want to do MRI,  then you should go for Dena BONE densitometry,  which will give you the information regarding whether you are suffering from Osteoporosis. Also have,  Serum calcium and serum uric Acid. After the reports,  kindly come to practo chat for your treatment and counseling part. Regards.
