Constant neck pain
I am experiencing a constant neck pain on the right side of neck as if the neck muscles on right are restraining from turning movement. This happened one night after i used a really hard pillow. I have consulted an orthopedic and got an x-ray of the cervical vertibrae but there are no abnormalities found and I was told that the pain should diminish after some days . But this pain is now going on for around more than a month. And there are no signs of any rise or diminishing of the pain. What should I do ?
