Constant neck pain due to disc prolapse
I have been having neck pain from past two months. Some times it will reduce. Sometimes suddenly pain will get start and even i will get fever also. Im working in front of computer daily. So what i have to do to reduce neck pain.

This is due to the muscle spasm and weaknesses which occurs in long sitting/using computer /long travelling.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy+some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /travelling /driving +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting correct posture (sit tall)

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support.
