Constant neck and shoulder pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am facing neck and solder pain since 9 months. When I went to doctor he prescribed me some pain killers and muscle relaxing medicine. Today I went to another shoulder and he told to check for D-vitamin and the reading is 13. Is that only the reason for my problem or any thing else Please let me know and tell me some remedies.

First of all if your vitamin D levels are so low you need to correct it by having vitamin D injection (600000 IU). Wait for 2 weeks, if the problem persists then consult a physiotherapist who may send you for an X-ray and treat you depending upon their assessment.
